Group and Conflict Facilitation
Process oriented facilitation is a multidimensional approach to support groups, organizations, communities in understanding better who they are, deepening their vision, transform conflicts, becoming more aware of rank dynamics and diversity. It focuses on visible and tangible elements, and at the same time it considers more subtle aspects and possible unexpressed voices that are present in a group, with the belief that all these parts, voices and experiences are equally important.
An Open Forum is a public space in which a community can get to know better the diversity of ideas and feelings among its members. Every point of view is important and welcome, including those that are normally more difficult to express.
Process Oriented Coaching
Process oriented coaching is based on the idea that all the voices, parts and experiences that are present within each of us are equally important. Not just the more familiar ones, but also those that we normally tend to ignore or marginalize and we don't necessary identify with. Unfolding these subtle experiences can help us to find special inner resources and creative solutions to face the challenges in our life.
